Sodium tripolyphosphate is an inorganic substance, also known as pentasodium phosphate, sodium pyrometaphosphate, STPP, or pentasodium tripolyphosphate. The chemical formula is Na5P3O10, with a relative molecular weight of 367.86 and a melting point of 622 ℃. It is a type of amorphous water-soluble linear polyphosphate. It has functions such as chelation, suspension, dispersion, gelation, and emulsification.
