Indonesian medium fat coconut paste

Product Description

Coconut Rong is made from fresh and ripe coconut pulp, which is processed through multiple procedures including shelling, pitting, washing, grinding, steaming, drying, sieving, and hygienic packaging. The normal production process is full fat coconut, and the crude fat is usually around 65%. Fresh coconut meat is ground together with coconut milk, filtered, and the filtrate becomes coconut milk, which is dried by spray to form powdered coconut milk powder. The filter residue is dried to form coconut paste, and the coconut paste extracted is usually medium or low-fat. The crude fat of medium fat coconut paste is usually around 55%, and the crude fat of low-fat coconut paste is usually around 45%. According to the degree of crushing, it can be further divided into large particles, fine particles, and ultrafine particles.
